Up-cycled plates

My mum gave me a box of mix n match china and there was a lovely little t-set by Meakin.
The original design is called Royal Marigold. There were a few chips and hair line cracks so I have up-cycled the plates by putting my Tollesbury Loft design on them. They work quite well and have sold out & I've had an order for four more, which is great. Need to get to an auction and buy more china now!

  1. HI Nicola, I love your work! I live somewhat locally in D'arcy, and we are soon moving and downsizing and I had been collection cute vintage china, which I now need to sell. i got them all second-hand but i have more plates than teacups.
Was just wondering if you would be interesting in buying them for your work?
Sorry for such a message, I found you via tea at the loft (love that place) and have seen your beautiful art. I just wanted my pieces to go somewhere worthy!
I hope you are not offended by my asking, although I know its a bit cheeky of me!
If you are interested my email me or contact me via my blog.
